The sample files can not be printed from inside Hyperland but can be printed from the Finder.

Installation
Drag the Hyperland Icon anywhere on your hard disk. If the Hyperland icon does not show as a red dive flag, rebuild your desktop (Press and hold Command and Option keys when the Mac is starting. Alternative, applications like TechTool¬, which is available on-line, lets you do that without have to remember the startup sequence).

The filename and dive number is now displayed for dive files opened by double-clicking. Previously, the fields were blank until another dive was opened.
New Features in Version 2.0
╥New File╙ File function has been added. This allows you to manually enter dive info. This is useful to add dives when the watch was not used. It also can be used to modify some of the watch╒s downloaded info.
╥Find Next Dive╙ has been implemented which allows you to find and display the next dive in a series of dives. For example, if you are viewing dive ╥1995_07_01.1╙ and there are 3 dives in the series, ╥Find Next Dive╙ would open ╥1995_07_01.2╙; one more time would open ╥1995_07_01.3╙ and one last time would bring you back to the first dive: ╥1995_07_01.1╙.
As you open a dive, dives in the same series are added to the bottom of the File Menu so you can switch between dives within the series directly without having to go through ╥Open...╙. In the above example, ╥1995_07_01.1╙, ╥1995_07_01.2╙ and ╥1995_07_01.3╙ would be displayed. The current dive╒s name would be dimmed in the list.
The modify dialog has been expanded to include: Weights, Tank Size, Protection, Weather, Entry Type, Activity, Bottom Conditions, Tides, Currents, Surges an Surf Conditions. Selections are done from predefined menus.
Older file formats are automatically expanded to the new format.
A couple of download problems have been fixed. Occasionally, the Temperature data would not be displayed. Also, the first dive downloaded would be incorrectly interpreted.
The dive time downloaded from the watch is ignored, it is re-calculated from the start and end time times.
Registration
Now for the business part. A great deal of time and effort goes into software such as this and just like the big guns, I too like to make a profit. After a thirty day trial period and you decide to keep the software, please send in the US$25 registration fee. The registration gets you free updates and on-line support. It also helps defray the cost of development: time, books and on-line costs. Once you have paid your registration fee, you will receive a registration number that will enable the Save, Save As, Print and Export functions.

Limitations and Future Improvements
Sanity checks on data: There is very little checking done on the download data or what is read from files. For instance, there is nothing stopping you from editing an import file and entering garbage.
In the Modify Form, metric entries are not supported yet.
Statistics: I'm considering a feature to scan an entire folder and provide statistics on total dive time and average air consumption.
I am considering a new display which would summarize a complete series by displaying a bunch of the dives at once.
I am working on adding a Download from a SUUNTO Solution dive computer. If you have a preference, let me know.

Hyperland Revision History
Version 2.0 (July 2, 1995)
1) Previously, the dive time (in minutes) was calculated from the dive start and end times to give an elapsed time. The watch calculates a dive time based on ╥legal╙ dive times (ie. All time accumulated for depths while deeper than 1m (4 ft) for at least 3 minutes). This is now used as the dive time. You can get elapsed time by using New... from the File Menu and dive time is re-calculated from the start and end times.

1) Documentation fixes - An error describing the type of cable required has been fixed.
2) Download fixes - Problems relating to characters ignored during download causing Hyperland to get out of sync with the watch has been fixed. Problems relating to dive data incorrectly interpretted by Hyperland causing plot data to be shorter than the dive time has been fixed.
3) Temperature Data is now displayed in the dive profile.
4) Hour field fixed - The hours field was incorrectly calculated for dives greater than one hour.
5) When selecting "Save Incomplete Xfers", a debug file is also created which can be e-mailed for analysis of download problems.
6) Long transfers are incomplete - Problem relating to incorrectly interpretting download data leading to a truncation of downloads has been corrected. Hyperland will fix older dive files having this problem automatically.

4) Checking is now done to see if you are quitting or opening a new file without saving previous edits.
5) After Importing a PC File, the dive profile is now correctly updated.
6) When exporting files, Hyperland now correctly sets the file╒s creator and Finder information bits. Also, the temperature was incorrectly scaled by a factor of 10.
7) When importing files, Hyperland now accepts TEXT and BINA type files. BINA is the type created by some PC conversion file packages.
